Hadith 6073
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ وَجَدَ عَيْنَ مَالِهِ وَفِي لَفْظٍ مَتَاعَهُ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِمَّنْ سِوَاهُ
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Huraira, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever finds his own property and goods with a person who has become bankrupt, then he has more right to it than the other creditors.
Hadith 6074
(وَعَنْهُ مِنْ طَرِيقٍ ثَانٍ) قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ أَفْلَسَ فَوَجَدَ رَجُلٌ عِنْدَهُ مَالَهُ وَلَمْ يَكُنِ اقْتَضَى مِنْ مَالِهِ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ لَهُ
(Second chain) The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: If a man becomes insolvent and one of his creditors finds his property with him, and he has not received anything from its price, then that property will belong to him.
Hadith 6075
عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ وَجَدَ مَتَاعَهُ عِنْدَ مُفْلِسٍ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ
Narrated by Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If a creditor finds his exact property with an insolvent person, then he has the greatest right to it.
