كِتَابُ التَّفْلِيسِ وَالْحَجْرِ
Book of Bankruptcy and Legal Disability

بَابُ مُلازَمَةِ الْمَلِي وَعُقُوبَتِهِ بِالْحَبْسِ وَاطْلَاقِ الْمُعْسِرِ
Chapter: Holding the solvent debtor and punishing him by imprisonment, and releasing the insolvent
2 بَاب مَنْ وَجَدَ سِلْعَتَهُ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ اِبْتَاعَهَا مِنْهُ وَقَدْ أَفْلَسChapter: One who finds his goods with a man who bought them from him and has become bankrupt
3 بَابُ الْحَجْرِ عَلَى السُّفَهَاءِ وَذِكْرِ مَنْ يُحْجَرُ عَلَيْهِChapter: Placing restrictions on the foolish and mentioning those who are to be restricted
4 بَابُ إِثْبَاتِ الرُّشْدِ وَعَلَامَاتِ الْبُلُوغChapter: Establishing maturity and signs of puberty
