Hadith 6070
Narrated by Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When a man's goods are stolen or lost in any way, and then he finds his goods exactly as they were with someone, then he is more entitled to them, and the buyer should refer to the seller for the recovery of the price.
