باب وجوب قبولِ الْحَوَالَةِ عَلَى الْمَلِي وَتَحْرِيمِ مَطْل الْغَنّيِ

3 بَابٌ فِي أَنَّ الْمَضْمُونَ عَنْهُ إِنَّمَا يَبْرُو بِأَدَاءِ الصَّامِنِ لَا بِمُجَرَّدِ ضَمَائِهِChapter: That the liability is cleared only by payment, not by mere guarantee
4 بَابٌ فِي أَنَّ ضَمَانَ الْمَيعَ عَلَى الْبَائِعِ إِذَا وَجَدَ مَنْ يَسْتَحِقُهُChapter: That the guarantee of the commodity is upon the seller if the entitled person is found
