Hadith 5875
Narrated by Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When two guardians marry a woman (to someone), the marriage of the one who did it first will be valid, and when a man sells something to two men, it will belong to the first buyer.
Hadith 5876
Narrated by Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If two guardians marry off a woman, then she will be according to the first marriage. And if a person sells an item to two men, then it will belong to the first buyer.
Hadith 5877
Sayyiduna Hakim bin Hizam (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I said, "O Messenger of Allah! A man demands from me to sell him something which I do not possess. (If I make a deal with him and then) buy it from the market and deliver it to him?" The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do not make a deal for something which is not in your possession.
