بَابٌ فِيمَنْ بَاعَ سِلْعَةٌ مِنْ رَجُلٍ ثُمَّ مِنْ آخَرَ وَ فِي النهي عن بيع مَا لَا يَمْلِكُهُ فَيَشْتَرِيهِ وَيُسْلِمُهُ
Chapter: Regarding one who sells an item to a man and then to another, and prohibition of selling what one does not own, then buying it and delivering it
Hadith 5874
عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْعُرْبَانِ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) forbade the sale of 'Urbun.
