Hadith 5868
عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْهَى عَنِ الْخَرْصِ وَقَالَ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ هَلَكَ الثَّمَرُ أَيُحِبُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ مَالَ أَخِيهِ بِالْبَاطِلِ
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibiting estimation, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) also said: Tell me, if the fruit is destroyed, would any of you like to consume his brother’s wealth unjustly?
Hadith 5869
عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّنِينَ وَوَضَعَ الْجَوَائِحَ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) forbade trading for several years, and he (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) ordered the waiving of joa’ih (losses due to unforeseen calamities).
Hadith 5870
عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تُبَاعَ النَّخْلُ السَّنَتَيْنِ وَالثَّلَاثَ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling the fruit of dates for two or three years.
