باب ذم تَارِكِ الصَّلَاةِ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم
Chapter: Condemnation of one who neglects sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him)
Hadith 5706
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَغِمَ أَنْفُ رَجُلٍ ذُكِرْتُ عِنْدَهُ فَلَمْ يُصَلِّ عَلَيَّ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: May the nose of that person be covered with dust, in whose presence I am mentioned and he does not send blessings upon me.
Hadith 5707
عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْبَخِيلُ مَنْ ذُكِرْتُ عِنْدَهُ ثُمَّ لَمْ يُصَلِّ عَلَيَّ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: That person is a miser in whose presence my mention is made, but he does not send blessings upon me.
