Hadith 5618
Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: When the last third of the night remains, Allah Almighty descends towards the sky of the world and says: Who will call upon Me so that I may answer his call? Who will ask of Me so that I may grant him? Who will seek forgiveness from Me so that I may forgive him? This continues until dawn breaks. That is why people prefer the prayer at the end of the night over the beginning of the night.
Hadith 5619
. (Second chain) There is a similar narration, except that it states: Who will ask Me for sustenance so that I may grant him sustenance, who will ask Me for the removal of distress so that I may remove his distress, until the dawn breaks. '
Hadith 5620
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Rifa’ah Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When half or two-thirds of the night passes, Allah Almighty descends towards the sky of the world and says: I do not ask anyone except Myself about My servants (because I am fully aware of the conditions of My servants). Who is there who seeks forgiveness from Me so that I may forgive him? Who is there who calls upon Me so that I may answer his call? Who is there who asks from Me so that I may grant him? This continues until the break of dawn.
Hadith 5621
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jubair (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: Allah Almighty descends towards the sky of the world every night and says: Is there anyone who asks so that I may grant him? Is there anyone who seeks forgiveness so that I may forgive him? This continues until the dawn breaks.
