Narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever says "Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi" one hundred (100) times in a day, his sins will be erased, even if they are as much as the foam of the sea.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Darda’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: None of you should neglect to perform one thousand good deeds for Allah in the morning. The way to do this is to say “Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi” one hundred (100) times. These are one thousand good deeds. If Allah wills, that servant will not commit one thousand sins that day, and in addition to this, his good deeds will be abundant beyond this as well.

It is narrated from Sayyida Juwayriya bint al-Harith (may Allah be pleased with her), she says: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came to me after the Fajr prayer while I was glorifying Allah Almighty, then he left for some work and returned near midday and said to me: Are you still sitting in the same state (engaged in remembrance)? I said: Yes. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Shall I not teach you such words that if they are weighed against all that you have recited, they will outweigh them? These words are to be said three times: Subhan Allah ‘adada khalqihi, ... to ... Subhan Allah midaada kalimatihi. (See the next hadith for the translation of these words)

I said: O Messenger of Allah! I have been continuously remembering (Allah) after you left. Those words are: Subhan Allah ‘adada ma khalaqa Allah, Subhan Allah rida nafsihi, Subhan Allah zinata ‘arshihi, Subhan Allah midada kalimatihi.
