Hadith 5380
A man asked Sayyiduna Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) about a person who made a vow not to attend the mosque for prayer. Sayyiduna Imran (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is no vow in anger, and its expiation is the expiation for an oath.
Hadith 5381
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A vow is indeed an oath, therefore its expiation is the same as the expiation for an oath.
Hadith 5382
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The expiation for a vow is the same as that for an oath.
