Hadith 5255
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: Surely the prayer of the slave will be accounted for. If he has been deficient in it, it will be said to him: You have been deficient. He will say: O my Lord! You set over me a master who kept me busy away from prayer. Allah Almighty will say: I saw that you used to steal his wealth for your own self, so why did you not, for your own deeds or by stealing from his work, (perform the prayer)? Thus, Allah Almighty will establish the proof against him.
Hadith 5256
Narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever slave shows someone other than his owner as his master, he has removed the collar of Islam from his neck.
Hadith 5257
Syedna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever a slave makes others his masters without the permission of his own masters, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people, and Allah Almighty will not accept from him any obligatory or voluntary worship on the Day of Resurrection.
Hadith 5258
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When someone's slave commits theft, he should sell him, even if his price is half an uqiyah.
Hadith 5259
(Second chain) The Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: When a slave runs away—and in another narration: when he steals—then sell him, even if you have to sell him for half an uqiyah. By "al-nash" is meant half an uqiyah.
Hadith 5260
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jarir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When a slave runs away and joins the enemy, and then dies in that state, he will be a disbeliever.
