Hadith 4557
Narrated from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) performed the Tawaf al-Ifadah at the end of the day, when he had prayed the Zuhr prayer. Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) returned to Mina and spent the days of Tashreeq in Mina. After the sun had declined, he (peace and blessings be upon him) would stone the Jamarat, throwing seven pebbles at each Jamarah and proclaiming Allahu Akbar with each pebble. At the first and second Jamarah, he would stand and make lengthy supplications and beseech Allah earnestly. Then, after stoning the third Jamarah (Jamrat al-Aqabah), he would not stand there.
Hadith 4558
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) used to perform the stoning of the Jamarat at the time of the sun's decline or after its decline.
Hadith 4559
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would stay longer for supplication at the second Jamrah than at the first Jamrah, and then, coming to Jamrah al-Aqabah, he would perform its stoning, but would not stay there.
Hadith 4560
Imam Zuhri says: We have received this hadith that when the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, would stone the first Jamrah near the mosque, he would throw seven pebbles at it and say "Allahu Akbar" with each pebble. After that, he would turn to the left, stand facing the Qiblah in the valley, raise his hands and supplicate, and he would supplicate for a long time. Then he would stone the second Jamrah, also throwing seven pebbles at it and saying "Allahu Akbar" with each pebble. Then he would move to the left, stand facing the Qiblah in the valley, raise his hands and continue supplicating. Afterwards, he would move forward and, upon reaching Jamrah Aqabah, he would throw seven pebbles at it, saying "Allahu Akbar" with each pebble, and then return from there without stopping at that Jamrah. Imam Zuhri said: I heard from Salim, who narrated this hadith from our master Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, and he narrated it from the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in the same way, and the practice of our master Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, was also the same.
Hadith 4561
It is narrated from Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), she says: I said, "O Messenger of Allah! Should we not set up a house or a tent for you in Mina, which would protect you from the sun?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No, Mina is only a place for a man to make his camel kneel, for whoever reaches there first."
