Hadith 4120
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Maharish Ka’bi Khuza’i (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) set out at night from Ji’ranah to perform ‘Umrah, and upon reaching Makkah at night, performed ‘Umrah. Then, on the same night, he departed from there and by morning was at Ji’ranah. It seemed as if he had spent the night at Ji’ranah. Then, when the sun had declined, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) set out from Ji’ranah towards the valley of Saraf, and from Saraf took the road leading to Madinah Munawwarah. Sayyiduna Maharish (may Allah be pleased with him) says: This is the reason why many people were not aware of this ‘Umrah of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). In another narration, it is stated: I looked at the blessed back of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and it appeared as if it was a string of silver in cleanliness and purity.
