Hadith 4073
Sayyiduna Fadl bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that a woman from the tribe of Khath’am came and said: O Messenger of Allah! Allah’s obligation of Hajj has reached my father, but the situation is that due to old age he does not have the strength to sit on a mount. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Then you should perform Hajj on behalf of your father.
