Hadith 4014
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: Whoever stands (in prayer) during the nights of Ramadan with faith and seeking reward, his previous sins will be forgiven.
Hadith 4015
. (Second chain) It is like the above hadith, except that it has the words يُغْفَرُ instead of غُفِرَ.
Hadith 4016
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), she says: O Messenger of Allah! If I find the Night of Qadr, which supplication should I make? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Make this supplication: "Allahumma innaka ‘afuwwun tuhibbul ‘afwa fa‘fu ‘anni." (O Allah! You are Forgiving, You love forgiveness, so forgive me.)
