It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Partake in suhoor, for indeed there is blessing in the pre-dawn meal.
Hadith 3724

It is narrated from a Companion of the Messenger that he went to the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, at a time when he, peace and blessings be upon him, was eating the pre-dawn meal (sahri). The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: This is a blessed meal which Allah Almighty has granted you, so do not abandon it.
Hadith 3726
Syedna Irbad bin Sariyah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) invited me for suhoor in the month of Ramadan and said: Come towards this blessed food.
Hadith 3727
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The pre-dawn meal (suhoor) is blessed, so do not abandon it, even if you only take a sip of water. Indeed, Allah the Exalted and the angels send mercy upon those who partake in suhoor. That is, Allah sends mercy and the angels pray for the descent of mercy.
Hadith 3728
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever intends to fast should partake in suhoor with something or the other.
Hadith 3729
Abu Qais narrates that Sayyiduna Amr bin Al-Aas (may Allah be pleased with him) used to fast continuously, and he would rarely eat in the early part of the night; the reason for this was that he mostly ate at suhoor. I heard him say that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The distinction between our fasting and the fasting of the People of the Book is eating suhoor.
