Hadith 2377
Abdur Rahman bin Abi Dhibab narrates that Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) led four rak‘ahs of prayer in Mina. When people objected to this, he said: O people, as soon as I arrived in Makkah, I got married, and I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever marries in a city should perform the prayer of a resident there.
