Hadith 1215
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do not perform prayer at the time of sunrise, because it rises between the two horns of Satan and at that time the disbelievers prostrate to it, and do not perform prayer at the time of sunset, because it sets between the two horns of Satan and at that time the disbelievers prostrate to it, and do not perform prayer at midday, that is, at the time of zenith, because at that time Hell is kindled.
Hadith 1216
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do not intend to pray at the time of sunrise and sunset, because it rises between the two horns of Satan. So when the edge of the sun appears, do not pray until it has risen high, and similarly, when the edge of the sun begins to set, do not pray until it has completely set.
Hadith 1217
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: Do not perform prayer at the time of sunrise and sunset, because the sun rises between the horns of Satan and sets between the horns of Satan.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade performing prayer at the time when the edge of the sun is rising or when its edge is setting. Also, he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Indeed, it rises between the horns of Satan.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Bilal bin Rabah (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: There was no prohibition from performing prayer at any time, except at the time of sunrise, because it rises between the horns of Satan.

It is narrated from Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) forbade performing prayer at the time of sunrise until it rises high, and likewise (he forbade performing prayer) when it inclines for setting until it sets.
