Hadith 1065
Abu Bakr narrates from his father (Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash'ari) (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: Whoever performs the two prayers at the cool times will enter Paradise.
Hadith 1066
A man from among the people of Basra asked Ruwaybah, saying: Inform me of what you heard from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: That person will not enter Hell (and in another narration: will never enter) who performs the prayer before sunrise and the prayer before sunset. He said: Did you really hear this from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him? He replied: My ears heard it from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and my heart remembered it. That man said: By Allah! I also heard him saying this.
Hadith 1067
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: Verily, there are some angels of Allah Almighty who come in succession; they are angels of the night and angels of the day. They gather at the Fajr and Asr prayers, then they ascend to Allah, those who were among you, and Allah asks them, though He knows best, so He asks: In what state did you leave My servants? They say: We left them while they were praying, and when we came to them, they were also praying.
Hadith 1068
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Fadala al-Laithi (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: I went to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and became Muslim. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) taught me and instructed me in the five prayers along with their times. But I said: These are the hours of my busyness, so give me a shorter command regarding this. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If you are busy, then you should not neglect the two Asrs. I asked: Which are the two Asrs? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The Fajr prayer and the Asr prayer.
Hadith 1069
Sayyiduna Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) says: On the night of Badr, we were with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Surely you will see your Lord just as you see the moon, and you will not be wronged in seeing Him. So if you are able, do not be overcome regarding the prayers before sunrise and before sunset. Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) recited this verse: So glorify your Lord with His praise before the rising of the sun and before its setting. Shu’bah says: I do not know whether he (peace and blessings be upon him) said the words "fa in istata’tum" or not.
