Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to wash his feet after coming out of the bathhouse where he performed the ritual bath of janabah.
The wife of the Messenger, Sayyida Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her), narrates: She says, I placed water for the bath of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), so he performed the ritual bath of janabah. Then, when he had completed the bath, I brought a cloth to him, but he declined it with a gesture of his hand.
(Second chain) Sayyida says: I handed a piece of cloth to the Prophet (peace be upon him), but he gestured with his hand that he did not want it. Sulaiman al-A'mash says: I mentioned this hadith to Ibrahim, and he said: That is how it is, and he did not deny it, and further said: There is no harm in using cloth; it is a natural matter.
It is narrated from Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), she says: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) did not perform ablution after taking a bath.
(Second chain) Sayyida says: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, would perform ghusl, then offer two sunnah and the Fajr prayer. I have not seen the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, perform a new wudu after ghusl.
