It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: When a man sits between the four limbs of his wife and then exerts himself (according to one narration, then causes her [the wife] to exert herself), then ghusl becomes obligatory, whether ejaculation occurs or not.
Hadith 844
Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) said to Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): I want to ask you a question, though I also feel shy before you. She said: Ask your question and do not feel shy, I am your mother. Then he asked about a man who has intercourse with his wife but does not ejaculate. She replied that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When the circumcised part touches the circumcised part, then ghusl becomes obligatory.
Hadith 845
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When the circumcised part passes beyond the circumcised part (i.e., enters inside), then ghusl becomes obligatory.
Hadith 846
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) that he asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) these questions: What makes ghusl (ritual bath) obligatory, what is the ruling regarding the white drops that come after urination, the ruling of praying at home and in the mosque, and eating and drinking with a menstruating woman. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Indeed, Allah does not shy away from the truth. As for my case, when I do such and such (he mentioned ghusl), then I perform the ablution for prayer, wash my private part, and then perform ghusl. As for the drops that come after urination, this is madhiy (pre-seminal fluid), and every male experiences madhiy; because of it, I wash my private part and perform ablution. As for praying at home and in the mosque, you see that my house is very close to my mosque, but I prefer to pray in my house more than in the mosque, except for the obligatory prayer. And as for eating and drinking with a menstruating woman, I eat and drink with such a wife.
