Chapter (13) on Washing the Feet and Related Matters, with Sections

Hadith 682
عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ وَقَدْ وَصَفَ لَهُمْ وَضُوءَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ: ثُمَّ غَسَلَ رِجْلَيْهِ إِلَى الْكَعْبَيْنِ ثُمَّ قَالَ: هَكَذَا كَانَ وَضُوءُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ (وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ: ثُمَّ غَسَلَ رِجْلَيْهِ حَتَّى أَنْقَاهُمَا)
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Asim (may Allah be pleased with him), who, describing the ablution of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), says: Then he washed his feet up to the ankles and said: "The ablution of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was like this." In another narration it is stated: Then he washed his feet until he made them clean.
