Hadith 389
عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: انْتَهَيْتُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ بِئْرِ بُضَاعَةَ فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ! تَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْهَا وَهِيَ يُلْقَى فِيهَا النَّتَنُ؟ فَقَالَ: ((إِنَّ الْمَاءَ لَا يُنَجِّسُهُ شَيْءٌ))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: When I came to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he was performing ablution from the well of Budā‘ah. I said: "O Messenger of Allah! You are performing ablution from this well, while foul things are thrown into it?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, nothing makes water impure."
Hadith 390
عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: سَقَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدِي مِنْ بُضَاعَةَ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa’d Sa’idi (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: “I gave water to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) from the well of Budha’ah with my own hand.”
