It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: It is not lawful for a man to divorce one wife in order to marry another, nor is it lawful for a man to make a deal over his companion’s deal until that companion leaves the deal. It is not lawful for three people present in a deserted place except that they appoint one of them as a leader. Similarly, when there are three people in a wilderness, two of them should not whisper to each other excluding the third.
