بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي التَّرْهِيبِ مِنَ النِّفَاقِ وَذِكْرِ الْمُنَافِقِينَ وَخِصَالِهِمْ وَذِي الْوَجْهَيْنِChapter on what has been narrated regarding warning against hypocrisy, mention of the hypocrites, their traits, and the two-faced person
Hadith 9750

(وَعَنْهُ مِنْ طَرِيقٍ ثَانٍ) قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَجِدُ شَرَّ النَّاسِ (وَقَالَ يَعْلَى تَجِدُ مِنْ شَرِّ النَّاسِ) عِنْدَ اللَّهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ذَا الْوَجْهَيْنِ قَالَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ الَّذِي يَأْتِي هَؤُلَاءِ بِحَدِيثِ هَؤُلَاءِ وَهَؤُلَاءِ بِحَدِيثِ هَؤُلَاءِ
(Second chain) The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: On the Day of Resurrection, you will find the worst of people to be the two-faced person. Ibn Numayr said: This refers to the man who speaks to these people with the words of those, and to those people with the words of these.
