Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: O Muslim women! Let not any neighbor consider anything insignificant for her neighbor, even if it is only the hoof of a goat.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … Great affection is found among the members of those households who are seen acting upon this blessed hadith. Generally, it is observed that when something valuable is cooked, the household assumes that there is no possibility of giving any to the neighbors. When something ordinary is cooked, it is considered suitable for the neighbor. Gradually, the relationship diminishes, and eventually, no one feels any concern for the happiness or sorrow of their neighbor, whereas the rights of neighbors are very significant.
