عَنْ مُعَاذٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ عَهِدَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي خَمْسٍ مَنْ فَعَلَ مِنْهُنَّ وَاحِدَةً كَانَ ضَامِنًا عَلَى اللَّهِ مَنْ عَادَ مَرِيضًا أَوْ خَرَجَ مَعَ جَنَازَةٍ أَوْ خَرَجَ غَازِيًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَوْ دَخَلَ عَلَى إِمَامٍ يُرِيدُ بِذَلِكَ تَعْزِيزَهُ وَتَوْقِيرَهُ أَوْ قَعَدَ فِي بَيْتِهِ فَيَسْلَمُ النَّاسُ مِنْهُ وَيَسْلَمُ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) advised us regarding five things: Whoever does any one of these deeds will have a guarantee from Allah Almighty—whoever visits a sick person, or goes out with a funeral, or sets out for jihad in the way of Allah Almighty, or goes to the ruler to support and honor him, or remains seated in his house so that people are safe from him and he is safe from people.
