Hadith 9620

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There are six days, then O Abu Dharr! Understand that which I am about to explain to you. When the seventh day came, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I advise you to fear Allah in your hidden and open matters. When you commit a bad deed, then do a good deed after it. Never ask anyone for anything, even if your whip falls down. Do not keep any trust with yourself, and do not judge between two people.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … This hadith is indeed weak, but the content of the five pieces of advice given in it is established from other ahadith. In other texts, the command to fulfill trusts and to judge between people has been given. However, if a person thinks that he will not be able to fulfill the rights of these matters, then he should not interfere in them at all.
