Hadith 9551

عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ ((إِنَّمَا النَّاسُ كَإِبِلٍ مِائَةٍ لَا يُوجَدُ فِيهَا رَاحِلَةٌ))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: People are like one hundred camels among which there is not a single camel fit (for bearing burdens and riding).

Benefits: … Just as among a large number of camels, such an excellent and strong camel is not found that is suitable for bearing loads and for riding, similarly, among a great multitude of people, individuals of excellent and select quality are few.
