Hadith 9523

Syedna Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that a man said: O Messenger of Allah! Which people are the best? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The believer who strives in the way of Allah with his self and his wealth. He said: Then which person is the best? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Then the person who worships his Lord in seclusion in a mountain pass and keeps people safe from his evil.
