بَابُ جَوَازِ مُبَاشَرَةِ الْحَائِضِ فِيمَا فَوْقَ الْإِزَارِ وَمُضَاجَعَتِهَا وَمُؤَاكَلَتِهَاChapter on the Permissibility of Physical Contact with a Menstruating Woman Above the Waistcloth, Lying with Her, and Eating with Her
Hadith 945

وَعَنْهَا أَيْضًا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الرَّجُلِ يُبَاشِرُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، قَالَ: ((لَهُ مَا فَوْقَ الْإِزَارِ))
It is also narrated from Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: He may use the part above the izar (waist-wrapper). This statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is regarding the person who brings his body in contact with the body of his menstruating wife.
