It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: None of you can be a believer until Allah and His Messenger become more beloved to him than all other things, and until he prefers to be thrown into the fire rather than return to disbelief after Allah has saved him from it. And no person can be a believer until I become more beloved to him than his children, his father, and all people.
