Hadith 9120

Khalid bin Abdullah Qasri said, while he was delivering a sermon on the pulpit: My father narrated to me from my grandfather that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Do you love Paradise? He replied: Yes. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Then whatever you like for yourself, like the same for your brother.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … Whatever good and virtue a Muslim likes for himself, he should like those same virtuous matters for other Muslims as well, and practically, to the best of his ability, he should strive by utilizing his resources. Understand well that just as the head of the household is responsible for the rights of the members of his household, in the same way, he is also responsible for the rights of both related and unrelated Muslims.
