Hadith 9092

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ ((حَقُّ الضِّيَافَةِ ثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ فَمَا أَصَابَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ))
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The right of hospitality is for three days; after that, whatever the guest receives will be charity for him.
