بَابُ التَّرْغِيبِ فِي اكْرَامِ الأَنَاتِ مِنَ الأَولادِ فَضْلِ تَرْبِيَتِهِنَّ وَالْعَطْفِ عَلَيْهِنَّChapter on encouragement to honor daughters, the virtue of raising them, and compassion for them
Hadith 9047
اُردوEn
۔ عَنْ عَائِشَۃَ رضی اللہ عنہا ، اِنَّ امْرَاَۃً دَخَلَتْ عَلَیْھَا، ومَعَھَا اِبْنَتَانِ لَہَا، قَالَتْ: فَاَعْطَیْتُھَا تَمْرَۃً فَشَقَّتْھَا بَیْنَھُمَا، فَذَکَرَتْ ذٰلِکَ لِرَسُوْلِ اللّٰہِ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم فَقَالَ: ((مَنِ ابْتُلِیَ بِشَیْئٍ مِّنْ ھٰذِہِ الْبَنَاتِ فَاَحَسَنَ اِلَیْھِنَّ کُنَّ لَہُ سِتْرًا مِّنَ النَّارِ۔))
Narrated from Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), she said: A woman came to me and with her were her two daughters. I gave her a date, and she divided that date between her two daughters. Then when I informed the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) of this, he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever is tested by these daughters and does good to them, they will be a shield for him from the Fire.
