It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them both, who says: A caravan arrived in Madinah Munawwarah. The Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, bought something from them and earned a few uqiyyahs of profit from it, and then distributed it among the widows of Banu Abdul Muttalib and said: In the future, I will not buy anything for which I do not have the price with me.
