Brief Explanation
Benefits: … In the narration of Sahih Bukhari, Qatadah asked Sayyiduna Anas radi Allahu anhu: "Did the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam have such strength?" He replied: "We used to say that the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was given the strength of thirty men."

Benefits: … The first hadith indicates desirability and superiority, and the second indicates permissibility. The third related practice is as follows: It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri radi Allahu anhu that the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said: "When any one of you has intercourse with his wife and then wishes to return (to her), he should perform ablution (wudu) in between." (Sahih Muslim) And in the narration of Ibn Hibban and al-Hakim: "Because this ablution will bring more vigor and readiness for returning."
