It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that Sayyiduna Nu’man bin Qawqal (may Allah be pleased with him) came to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah! What do you think, if I consider the lawful as lawful, the unlawful as unlawful, and perform the obligatory prayers, and do nothing more than that, will I enter Paradise? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Yes.
