It is narrated from Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do as many deeds as you are able, for indeed Allah does not tire until you tire. Sayyida says: The prayer most beloved to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was that which he performed regularly. Abu Salama says: Allah Almighty has said: Those who are constant in their prayers.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … A consistent, perpetual deed—this is the very quality through which the bond between Creator and creation is strengthened, and sweetness and delight are experienced in worship. At present, Muslims as a whole are heedless of such deeds, except those whom Allah wills. It appears as though our acts of worship are dependent on our routines: if we find time, then we will be diligent in prayer; if we happen to sleep late at night, then the Fajr prayer is put at risk. It does not occur to us to sleep early at night for the sake of the Fajr prayer. If one or two or three rak‘ahs of Maghrib remain, we will first indulge in elaborate iftar and eat to our fill. If, after spending on wife and children, something remains, then it will be given to the poor. If we manage to extricate ourselves from the entanglements of our own household, only then will we fulfill the rights of our neighbors. If time remains after school education, only then will the child be taught the Noble Qur’an. Every aspect of our lives is filled with such examples. If only we considered Islam to be our true capital, then following the religion would become easy, and the world would also become subservient to us.
