بَابُ: «يَوْمَ نَحْشُرُ الْمُتَّقِينَ إِلَى الرَّحْمَنِ وَفْدَا»Chapter: "The Day We will gather the righteous to the Most Merciful as a delegation"

عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ حَدَّثَنَا النُّعْمَانُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ كُنَّا جُلُوسًا عِنْدَ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ فَقَرَأَ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ يَوْمَ نَحْشُرُ الْمُتَّقِينَ إِلَى الرَّحْمَنِ وَفْدًا [سورة مريم: ٨٥] قَالَ لَا وَاللَّهِ مَا عَلَى أَرْجُلِهِمْ يُحْشَرُونَ وَلَا يُحْشَرُ الْوَفْدُ عَلَى أَرْجُلِهِمْ وَلَكِنْ عَلَى نُوقٍ لَمْ تَرَ الْخَلَائِقُ مِثْلَهَا عَلَيْهَا رَحَائِلُ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ فَيَرْكَبُونَ عَلَيْهَا حَتَّى يَضْرِبُوا أَبْوَابَ الْجَنَّةِ
Narrated by Nu’man bin Sa’d, he says: We were sitting with Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), and he recited this verse: {یَوْمَ نَحْشُرُ الْمُتَّقِینَ إِلَی الرَّحْمٰنِ وَفْدًا} … “We will gather the righteous to the Most Merciful as a delegation.” Then he said: By Allah! These people will not be gathered on their feet, that is, not on foot; rather, they will be mounted on such she-camels as people have never seen before. Upon them will be saddles of gold. They will ride upon them and proceed until they knock at the gates of Paradise.
