بَابُ: «قَالَ يَا نُوحُ إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنْ أَهْلِكَ إِنَّهُ عَمَلٌ غَيْرُ صَالِحٍ »Chapter: "He said: O Noah, indeed he is not of your family; indeed, he is [one whose] work was other than righteous"

عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَرَأَهَا {إِنَّهُ عَمِلَ غَيْرَ صَالِحٍ} [هود: 46]
Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recited this verse in this manner: {اِنَّہُ عَمِلَ غَیْرَ صَالِحٍ}.
Brief Explanation
Benefits: … The mutawatir recitation of this verse is as follows: {اِنَّہُ عَمَلٌ غَیْرُ صَالِحٍ}. When Nuh (alayhis salam) supplicated on behalf of his son during the flood, Allah Ta'ala responded to him with these words, that this son is not from your family, because his deeds are not righteous.
