Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Tomorrow, people will come to you whose hearts are even more tender towards Islam than yours." Then the people of the Ash'ari tribe came, among whom was Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him). When they neared Madinah Munawwarah, they began to recite this rajaz: "Tomorrow we will meet our beloved ones, Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) and his group..." When they arrived, they shook hands; they were the first people to introduce the practice of handshaking.
