Hadith 8293

عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الدَّارُ حَرَمٌ فَمَنْ دَخَلَ عَلَيْكَ حَرَمَكَ فَاقْتُلْهُ
Sayyiduna Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Your house is a sanctuary for you, so if a person enters your sanctuary (without permission), kill him.
