عَنْ فَضَالَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلُهُ
Sayyiduna Fadala bin Ubaid (may Allah be pleased with him) has also narrated a similar hadith of the Prophet.
Brief Explanation
Benefits: … The one who initiates the greeting (salam) demonstrates greater humility and distances himself from arrogance. These etiquettes related to salam also indicate these two matters.
