It is narrated from Sayyiduna Salamah bin Akwa’ (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: I was sitting with the Messenger of Allah, when a man sneezed and said (Alhamdulillah). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: “Yarhamukallah (may Allah have mercy on you).” Then he sneezed a second time, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “This man has a cold.”
