Brief Explanation
Benefits: … This narration is indeed weak, but keep in mind that due to circumcision (khitan), the sensation of pleasure is reduced, and this is precisely what is desired in our Shari‘ah: that pleasure should also be lessened while progeny is preserved. This is the path of moderation between excess and deficiency. Furthermore, due to circumcision, the act of intercourse is completed in a shorter time, and in this there is ease for the woman as well.
