It is narrated from Sayyiduna ‘Ubada bin Qars (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: Today you do such deeds which, in your eyes, are finer than a hair, whereas in the blessed era of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), we used to consider them destructive and fatal deeds. I said to Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him): If that Sayyiduna ‘Ubada (may Allah be pleased with him) had found our time, then what would have happened? He said: Then he would have said even harsher things.
