عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ أَنْ أَنْسَخَ إِلَيْهِ وَصِيَّةَ فَاطِمَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا فَكَانَ فِي وَصِيَّتِهَا السِّتْرُ الَّذِي يَزْعُمُ النَّاسُ أَنَّهَا أَحْدَثَتْهُ وَأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا فَلَمَّا رَآهُ رَجَعَ
It is narrated from Muhammad bin Ali, he says: Umar bin Abdul Aziz wrote a letter to me asking that I write and send him the will of Sayyida Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her). So, among her will was also that curtain, about which people thought that she had put it up. When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came to her and saw that curtain, he turned back.
