Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that Abu al-Qasim (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: The lower garment of a believer should reach to the middle of the shin; it may be lower than that, but (should remain) above the ankles. Whatever part of the ankles is covered by the lower garment will be in the Fire.
